i love this place good room , good facilities everything is just great , but hope staff at reception that wearing blazer smile a bit . especially to foreigner tourists as i felt uncomfortable with that kind of face .
Overall a great place to stay. Very helpful staff at the reception who are always there on their toes. Cleaning services are excellent too, especially Mr. Rushdi who is very humble in what he does as well as professional.
Very spacious room and value for money…Very near to all Indian shops viz., Restaurants, Clothes, Books…Staff are very courteous and welcoming… I would like to especially mention about Mr. Rushdi, who had made our stay very comfortable and has helped with all the required room services.
Excellent location, great rooms and service. Located on the other side of flamingo mall. The rooms are really good size with a small kitchen with stove, microwave and fridge.The room is like a proper flat, very well decorated. The place is very close to local shopping mall and other eating places. The mall of Arabia is 20 min drive away and the airport is also around 25 min drive.The service was excellent and we were also given a fruit basket on our arrival. The guys at reception were really good and even dropped us to airport when local taxi was not available.If in jeddah next time will definetly use these suites.
It was great stay for two nights. Great location and services are near there. Everything were good unless the terrace was closed when I went there to enjoy the landscape at 9 p.m. The furniture need to be refurnished as it seems old but can be used. People at reception are friendly. The property is clean.
